We agree we are not like any other Indian Matrimonial portals, but that’s our USP too.
We don’t want to copy others. However, we agree there is still scope of improvement in some areas.

In my experience the success rate of these portals depends mostly on their offline presence. Having worked in this industry for a long time, I can say that the users of matrimonial services like dealing and interacting with people directly and not have to depend completely on automated systems.

Dude, I like the new features you mention in q#3 but you need some serious work on the website. It totally sucks. Just look at shaadi.com or other matrimony portals.
